No awful smell like the petrol ones. Nice that they’re natural. Nice, large sizes and started fire very well. Highly recommend and will always be coming back as long as product stays the same

We used to use newspaper to get the stove going, but we decided we should stop buying the cheapest newspaper just to burn it in the fire! They’re pretty expensive now. By the by. These beauties don’t look like much but they do the job! First time I used 2 because I couldn’t believe that one wee block could do the job. But I was amazed. You only need one if you are an expert stove stacker or have offspring who did scouting/guiding/DoE and have ‘fire knowledge’. They are brilliant. Burns slow so your kindling heats up and catches so your logs can burn. Lovely.

Easy to light

These are superb and will be using again. When choosing these I needed on that will last longer than my previouse ones (which seamed to burn in a couple of minutes) these burn for about 10 to 15 mins. I actually use them to start camp fires, because they DON'T go up in a big whoosh of flame the young ones my brownies and guides can use them.
