Very addictive! Tastes like a pie crust. I should have tried it warmed up. Maybe not...I would have poured the whole bag down my throat. I guess its good that they're expensive otherwise I'd buy about 20 bags.

These Cinnamon Sugar Pie Chips bring back memories of visiting my grandmother as a small child. She knew how much I liked pie, so she'd always bake one when I visited, and she always trimmed the excess dough off, rolled it, flattened it out, and cut it into strips. She would butter those strips lightly, then sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar, roll them up, and bake them and I always looked forward to that more than whatever pie she made! These delightful pie chips remind me so much of that. The pie dough is a little more dense and not as flaky as Grandmother's, but the flavor is great. The chips are buttery, loaded with cinnamon and sugar and taste great right out of the bag. The size of the chips varies, and some are broken, so there are some crumbs in the bag that I'll use over ice cream or cobblers. These pie crisps come in a resealable bag (with a fairly long shelf life when unopened). When crumbs get in the bag's zipper seal it won't close well until you wipe the inside of the zipper with a finger or napkin. Then it seals just fine. The 5.5-ounce bag contains about 6 1-ounce servings (160 calories per serving), and this is made in the USA. These are really good, but also really expensive for the amount you get.

These did NOT last long in my house lol I did not grow up on anything like this as other reviewers had mentioned so this is entirely novel to me. I was super excited to try them and they arrived quickly and I immediately opened then up to try. They taste like the best part of a breakfast pastry without the cloyingly sweet icing (iykyk) the actual pastry portion is soft and perfect for me considering I am currently in braces so hard cookies and treats are off limits. The cinnamon sugar is also stuck enough to have a coating but not too sweet. I love these with alone, with whipped cream, and they are great on ice cream.

I really enjoyed these. I will admit that a lot of the time, the crust is my favorite part of a pie - that saltiness you get - I love it. These are delicious - they really are balanced with the sweet and the saltiness. They are light and crunchy but not hard. I went through the bag much faster than I would have liked because I enjoyed them so much.

I have never tasted something so awful.

I expected these to be much sweeter than they are, but was pleasantly surprised to find the sweetness is downplayed in favor of a rich, almost buttery savory flavor instead. They're the same type of flaky pastry you'd find in a pie crust, and as such, are really crumbly. There were far more small broken bits in the package than whole pieces, but of course that makes no difference at all to the flavor. All in all, a fun to eat and tasty snack that's a bit less carb-heavy than I was worried they'd be!
