It worked good for about three rides, used four times, now the pedal won't stay up all the way

UPDATED REVIEW: I left my old review for anybody that encounters this issue on possibly a defective part but As for customer service no other company I know of nowadays does what this owner did. Not only did he reach out to me outside of Amazon, but he also made it right by sending me a replacement and has been speaking to me on the situation and to me that's very valuable in a company. my last product could've been defective in quality, but they allowed me to receive another part And a full refund, the support was intensive and that's more valuable than anything. I've seen in a company before.OLD REVIEW: unfortunately, the quality did not live up to what I expected it to the spring inside does not automatically return to its original position anymore, even after lubricating it. for the price it'll still get you a step to help you leverage yourself on your PWC but you'd want it to be working after only two uses into sea and even after intensive care and washing/rinsing although it could also be to the part being defective.

Great addition

I foolishly purchased the OEM step from my local dealer for $127 before checking Amazon. Once I found the Push Ind step I immediately placed an order and found the quality to be as good, if not better than the BRP step. The installation was unbelievably easy and required no modifications. Finally the item is made in the USA and not China or some other low labor cost country.

The media could not be loaded. This works perfectly for the Seadoo Spark, at a fraction of the OEM cost. Customer service is great as well!

The media could not be loaded. Very easy install half the price of OEM. I’m not sure if the OEM actually goes back up without it slamming but I’m not really liking this one too much. I may look for another option that doesn’t slam back to his original position.
