I love these kits! The round seed holder portion is just a bit larger than other kits I have purchased & I like that, it gives the new sprout a bit of grow room! I have my first cactus sprouts that have popped up in just 5 days! I like that the lids have little vents I can twist open. They are just the right size to move around & set places, as they grow, I move them into the sun & a larger seed tray is harder to find a space for & more floppy, which makes it easier to crack. . These kits are not super sturdy, but not as delicate as some. They are a bit hard to pull apart upon opening (suction, I think, also snugly stacked together.). Had to go slow & use patients & leverage to ease them apart. I purchased several of these & I'm glad I did! I included pic's with a ruler for size reference
