Keeps me going on long runs, and tastes pretty good. Used these on a backpacking trip to keep from getting coffee withdrawal headache, and that worked too.

I like to endurance train and nothing has ever worked as well as this product, no jitters no heart racing...just a sustained energy with a mood boost. I very rarely continue using the same product for long periods of time but this is one of my all time favorite supplements. Highly recommend, I also very rarely leave reviews as they are time consuming, but this product deserves it!

I have been using this for a couple of months now. I have really noticed a difference when using prior to a workout. I love the fact that it contains all natural ingredients. I would definitely recommend this product!!
