I recently purchased this massage chair for €9,500, and while the chair itself is good (8/10), the price is premium (10/10), and the customer support is disappointing (2-3/10). The good: ✔ Massage quality is solid – the chair functions well and provides a good experience. The bad: ❌ Software update issues – I can't update the software due to errors, and customer support has been no help at all. ❌ Confusing assembly instructions – I couldn’t even finish assembling it properly. ❌ Exposed metal parts – I have the leather pouches to cover them, but I can’t install them properly due to unclear instructions and zero support from customer service. ❌ Terrible customer support – After three emails, they still haven’t responded. ❌ Overpriced for what it offers – Given the lack of support and high price tag, I see room for competitors to step in. This chair feels more like a €6,500-7,000 product, not €9,500. For this price, I expected a premium experience in both product and service. While the chair itself is good, the lack of support, software issues, and assembly difficulties make it hard to recommend at this price point.
