Great image quality and incredibly easy to access footage
This was one of the very first accessories I bought after getting my new car, and I have been very happy with it ever since. Both the front and rear cameras produce clear, high-quality video, and I've had no issues with reliability. During normal driving, the footage is detailed enough to read license plates at a reasonable distance, which is one of the main reasons I wanted a dash cam in the first place. One of my favorite features is that you don't have to remove the microSD card every time you want to save or view footage. Being able to download videos directly through the app is incredibly convenient and makes accessing recordings much easier. The cameras themselves are compact and don't get in the way while driving. The overall build quality feels solid, and installation was straightforward. Overall, this has been an excellent investment for my car. If you're looking for a front and rear dash cam with great image quality and an easy way to access your recordings, I would definitely recommend this one.

Excellent Customer Service
I really like this dash cam. It was easy to set up, and it has great features, such as alerts when you're following the vehicle in front of you too closely or when someone is walking near your car. If you don't want to use those features, you can easily disable them. The field of view is excellent, and connecting it to my phone was quick and hassle-free. The customer service is top-notch. I had a problem with my device, so I reached out to the company. Bella patiently walked me through several troubleshooting steps. After we exhausted all the possible solutions, she determined that I needed a replacement device. I'm so grateful for the warranty because Bella is sending me a new one. Great product and outstanding customer support!

Botslab dash cam is GREAT!
I am very happy with this front/rear dash cam by BotsLab. It was easy to install, easy to navigate the system, and worked straight out of the box. When there was a problem, I contacted Botslab through the app, and worked with a very helpful customer service rep named LEMON, who solved my issue for me quickly and efficiently. Super easy too work with. The product and service from Botslab has been wonderful.

Not a bad camera, ADAS misleading (and somewhat annoying)
My BlackVue camera that I had in my car for over 5 years finally gave out. Which was upsetting to have happen right before I was leaving for a long drive in which I would protection on the road. Cost wise, I saw this as a much better option over buying another BlackVue camera. When it discussed about having ADAS features, especially it's comments towards "forward collision" I was very interested to see how this worked (since I could not add FCA on the car itself). The instructions felt easy to work with. It came with this clear sticker that marked where you would need to place the dash camera on the windshield. I wasn't sure if I really needed this or not, but the instructions say do it. Trying to use this sticker and placing it in the center of the car was difficult especially since the Lane Keeping System camera in my Ford Edge caused the camera to be more of an obstruction of my view of the road. I ended up settling on putting it more towards the side of the camera as best as I could do. The camera view does a good job in capturing everything from the side of the road. Now trying to hide the wire became the next obstacle as the wire is not as long as I think it should be. I've yet to install the rear camera, and honestly a bit worried that the rear camera's cord might not be long enough. The BlackVue's rear camera wire (in comparison) barely fit on my Edge. Connecting to the device, easy, no issues there. Now, my comment on the ADAS features are only towards the FCA "system" as my vehicle already has LKA, and pedestrian detection was not something I needed. When driving, the system is not really a FCA (I mean sure it's not but you'd think maybe it's close to the idea of it). If you are just creeping along on a city road and pull up behind a person you're gonna get... "Too Close". You're driving down the highway and someone changes into your lane..."Too Close"... The constant "Too Close" became annoying and I would imagine if you are someone who lives in a metropolis that is going to get real frustrating real quick. By the 3rd day I had it, I shut off the FCA on the camera, and now it's just that... a camera. Overall, I think the price of this was good, and it's easy to manage. I would pass up the ADAS features of this camera, I don't particularly think it's worth it.

Life saver after accident occurred!
Works great. The video quality is excellent. I loved it so much I bought another for my other vehichle. I recently got hit and the video footage completely cleared me being at fault and showed it was his fault.

An honest review from functionality to customer service.
When I received this product it seemed to have a good quality feel, but that's where it ends. Right off the bat, it was shipped with a bad power cord, and it wasted an entire afternoon of troubleshooting. Botslab did send a new cord, but this took nearly 5 days, meaning ordering from Amazon was pointless. It's strictly the principal of the matter in regards to that. I did appreciate them sending a new cord and so far was satisfied with their customer service. However, this camera does not function as the hype suggests. 1. In order to have the camera auto shutdown (just goes into standby), it has to be at minimum "low setting" in park minitoring mode. It might as well be set to high, because if any large truck passes by, or someone is blasting music from their car passing by, it reactivates for ten minutes at a time. You should not have to have Park Monitoring activated for it to shut down after 10 minutes as it does have GPS tracking. Secondly, expect to have to format your card once or twice a week because shutting your car door when entering your vehicle reactivates it and it does an emergency recording for 1 minute. Also, if you cancel the emergency recording, it glitches the card and you have to reformat it. So you must leave it alone and let it do its thing. Just make sure it says, "Parking Mode Ending", "Emergency Recording Finished, review now" (also shows full screen notification), and then says,"recording" before you start driving, otherwise you lose 30 seconds of recording. You don't want to get in a wreck during that time as there will be no footage! 2. ADA is pretty pointless as it does not pick up on pedestrians like it claims, however, it's the only feature activated as lane assist and parking assist is already built into my vehicle. The way things are going with the software, I feel that you must have all of the features in ADA activated for the function to work. A little ridiculous and definitely a sign of afterthought in their software engineering. 3. It's not all bad though as it does have some positive capabilities (compared to cheaper generic brands). It is very sensitive in video exposure and the low "brightness setting" (should be exposure setting) is plenty for my area. If you have it set to high, it will over expose during the day and night making it impossible to read any license plate, so be aware of this. The video quality is good, kinda webcamish, but it is in 4k and the rear camera is full 1080. The cameras do well adjusting to various light conditions and maintain decent exposure. The microphone is excellent and is very clear when recording voices. 4. The app is actually pretty user friendly, but it has a major flaw, it's incapable of connecting to the internet to update the firmware. It also is unable to check the camera's current firmware and gives an error message. Everything else is very straightforward and it has excellent connectivity through both its built in WiFi and Bluetooth. It does download videos wirelessly from the camera as well, but only at about 30mbps, not the 100mbps they claim. So if you want to download your whole library, or around 15 videos from either the front or rear camera (cannot do both simultaneously), expect to be sitting there for 10 to 20 minutes to download these 3 minute videos segments. 5. The cord lengths are more than enough for a concealed install for a nice clean look. Just be aware, quality control does not seem to be this company's strong suit and you may need to get them to send a replacement cord. 6. Customer service, now we are going to explain the one star rating. Customer service is lacking here from the tech support side of things. They do not care about the subpar issues with their product when is comes to function. If you read the poorly laid out manual, which leaves out several key functions of the camera, they show that they don't even have full confidence in their product. They mention things like, "may not capture video at times", "may not function as intended at times", which is very telling about the company attitude towards its customers. The worst part is when you provide them detailed information and feedback about their product that will improve its performance, they just shrug their shoulders and have that ,"it's passable, so it's fine" attitude. My response from them regarding my feedback on the feature functionality was ridiculous and lazy. They just copied and pasted straight out of the manual and made no sense to what I actually gave feedback on. To me, that's condescending, and shows a real inability for them to control the quality of their products. In the end, they are just using copied and pasted open sourced programming for their products that are the same exact ones used in the cheap generic brands, same voice, same gingle, etcetera, yet you are paying a premium price for it, that's the difference.
