Watch the weight limit
I planned to put a quartz counter top on this but I am getting pretty close to the weight limit. I believe it will work as the mechanism seems very sturdy.

Great base
Disclaimer- I have only had this in service for approximately three weeks. However, it was very easy to assemble, and it worked great for the desktop that I put on it. It’s raises and lowers very quietly, and the memory buttons work well. Time will tell concerning the motor quality because I operate it about four or five times a day.

Solid design, solidly executed
I'm really impressed with the sturdiness, fit, and finish of this motorized desk base. Only problem is that now I need to find a desk top worthy of the bottom.
