I am glad to have this book as a quick reference, but I will have to reread some chapters numerous times to have them sink in. There is so much wisdom and heart packed into this book."

Since I am a big fan of Matthew, this might seem subjective, but it truly isn't: this is a great book for those asking themselves how to improve their life to such an extent that they get to the point of loving it. Thank you. Again :)

I’ll be honest, I ordered this book nearly 3 months ago, and it’s mostly sat on my nightstand, with good intentions of reading it. I heard about this book on Kami Crawford’s “Relationshit” podcast, after she interviewed the author. My interest was peaked after being single for nearly 11 years, and several failed “situationships” and first dates this past year. There for a while, I read about two pages a night. And then I enrolled in a pretty intensive therapy course in August called Relationship Reset. And one night, the calling to read the book intensified and I’d be darned if all the lessons, points, and mindset shifts weren’t the same that I was working to align with in therapy. If you have the inkling, instinct, curiosity, draw… whatever you want to call it to buy this book, do it. It’s so well written, captivating, and life changing, but you have to be ready and willing to do the work.
