Tl;dr Please make sure the iPad is completely seated in the tray before installing the screen protector. I didn't do this and ruined a screen protector in the process. I've made a video walking you through the first few steps. (I didn't complete the install because I already had one installed.) Once you have the iPad in place, you can follow through with removing the plastic covering and continuing with the install process. It's pretty straightforward. The diagrams in the instructions and on this product page should help with this. Longer version: I was in the market for a new screen protector for my iPad 11 (M4) and stumbled upon one from ESR. The setup instructions were pretty straightforward, but I didn't have my iPad seated correctly, so I messed up the first one. Thankfully, it came with an extra screen protector. After I got the second one installed, I had to iron out a few bubbles. I used the cleaning cloth that came with it, but in hindsight, I should have used a credit card, as it would have probably made it easier. I did reach out to their customer support team about ruining the first protector. They graciously sent me a whole new pack. It's customer service like that that earns a customer for life. Thank you! Pros: -Fits perfectly (once installed correctly) -Amazing customer support who were quick to resolve the issue -Have a backup protector if you install it correctly the first time -No issues using the Apple Pencil or when using the touchscreen in general Cons: -Wish it came with a credit card-like tool to flatten out any bubbles -QR code for the install video didn't work and sent me to an unavailable website Overall, I am very satisfied with the screen protector. Used for iPad 11th generation. The install video link provided in the package is great. Be sure to make a practice run before peeling off the adhesive protection film. Biggest thing is CLEAN your screen very well and make sure there’s absolutely zero dust remaining (same goes for any screen product). If not it will show up under your screen protector. The kit worked great and perfectly centered the protector, and no bubbles. There’s cheaper ones without the guide tray but getting it 100% right the first time makes it a good value. I applied one screen protector using the "easy" application guide. The guide allowed for the protector to be exactly lined up how it was perfect. The problem; there was two air bubbles I could not get out no matter what I did. I lifted it up to reseat the protector and the corner where I lifted it from would now refuse to stick back onto the iPad. I decided to use the second screen protector to get a fresh start. The second application proved to be no better. Since my friend loved his and applied it with ease, I knew I must have done something wrong. The kind and concerned merchant noticed (from my review) that I had trouble, they processed a refund and to my surprise, sent me another screen protector to allow me to try again. I have to say, it went on without any issues! I am totally pleased with my purchase and the best customer support I could ever wish for. I feel totally pleased and good about my entire experience. Every merchant can learn from this Amazon seller.

Buenas noches, la mica es realmente buena, la sensación al pasar el dedo es de primera calidad me atrevo a decir que es mejor que una Spigen por mucho, pero encontré un inconveniente con ambos protectores y es que queda una burbuja casi en el centro que es imposible de retirar, tenía 2 burbujas y una pude sacarla apoyándome de 2 espátulas aún teniendo muchas complicaciones, pero esta otra burbuja que resta no se mueve ni un centímetro. He hablado con el soporte de ESR y me han respondido al instante reponiendo la pieza que venía mal.
