I used these to make biscuits. The large one is good for a sandwich biscuit. They are not perfectly oval but that is okay for my purposes. They are very easy to use and didn’t seal the sides so I got the layers in my biscuits. I just ran them through the dishwasher to clean. Seem like they will last a long time.

I am making rolled raisin cookies and these cutters make the top and bottom fit exactly as they should. I can seal them up and get them ready to bake.I also make home made biscuits but usually just cut them into squares. Now I can make nice round ones for soup or pour over some creamed chipped beef, a family favorite.I like how these cutters are taller than normal and they cut through that dough like butter. I'm used to cookie cutters being fairly thin and cheap. These are a lot better! The metal is thicker than usual which means they keep their shape better, and they seem like they will last a long time.
