I don't love the flavors, but when it's added to cold water it really hits the spot. It's like coconut water for me, I don't love it but I can tell my body needs it (and no it's not the sugar). I'm in AZ and a couple days ago I was full and water logged from drinking water all day, yet I was able to chug 16 oz of one of these and it just hit the spot and I didn't feel gross and full. I have one every day mid afternoon or in the evening. I just ordered two more bags.

I did not like that it tasted like salt. I am looking for something that tastes good, with real sugar! It did not give me energy, or anything &else, but nausea! Very disappointed!! Waste of money!

I am so glad I found this product. It makes me want to drink more water, and there’s really no downside to using this. I can pronounce all of the ingredients, there’s no caffeine, no artificial sweeteners, and no artificial colors, and the sugar content is low (5g). I work in an office full time, and drink this throughout the day and it makes me feel great. A few years ago, a friend offered me a popular name brand hydration drink, and I was disappointed with the sugar content (11g) and the artificial sounding ingredients like silicon dioxide. I discovered Hyburst and tried it about a month back, and it has become a go-to for me. I like all three flavors (peach mango is probably the favorite). I also feel like a lot of research went into the ingredients. This contains Reservatrol, which isn’t a widely known antioxidant, but has wonderful health benefits (read the “Lifespan” book if you’re curious). Great product, absolutely give it a try.
