Versatile but Disappointing Quality
The 18-in-1 Snowflake Multi-Tool promises much with its range of functionalities, including a hex wrench, screwdriver, Allen wrench, and bottle opener, all conveniently attached to a keyring. However, the actual product leaves much to be desired. The metal quality seems to be poor as well as the craftsmanship. The tool is heavier than expected, which makes it impractical for professional cyclists who count every gram. The overall cut of the tool looks unprofessional, with noticeable imperfections that affect its usability. The tools don't fit well on Allen screws due to these flaws, leading to a frustrating experience. Despite its appealing concept, this multi-tool is a letdown. It’s affordable, but the low price reflects its disappointing quality. I wouldn't recommend this product.
