Good Ammo Cans
I'm no ammo can expert but these seem just as good if not better than what you'd typically find in an Army Navy store. This can definitely exceeded my expectations. I'd a brand new heavy duty ammo can so the price is great. Functions perfectly, the locking mechanism is strong. Paint coating seems strong and durable. Nice olive drag green. I'm using this to store LiPo RC battery along with a flameproof bag. Seems these will offer adequate protection for ammunition or anything else you might want to keep safe. Nice heavy rubber seal and lock down tight. I haven't checked for water tightness but they seem like they would be.

Best way to store ammo
I keep my .22 ammo loose in here. Throw a couple silica gel packs in there with your ammo and call it a day. The can locks tightly, and has a seal for water tight storage. Looks great and works great. Built to last.

Good Value
This is my third purchase. I have some army surplus versions, and these are very comparable in quality. Water tight and well made.

Great purchase for ammo storage
Great quality & a great color. Bought it for my boyfriend and added a vinyl to spruce it up lol. I’m sure he’ll love it .

Absolutely love!
I am over the moon about this ammo can. Prior to finding this on Amazon I looked elsewhere online and found a site that sold used ammo cans that were much cheaper than brand new. I thought I’d pull the trigger on those cheap ones (pun intended) and I regret it now that I have ordered this product. The used ammo cans were “clean” as in there was no dirt or rust on them but they were definitely well used. There were some scars and scratches on them and the biggest issue I had with them is the rubber seal on the underside of the lid. Although the seal was still intact, it was definitely used and you could tell that there was a bit of a permanent crease in the seal. I should have ordered these from the start. These ammo cans are brand spanking new and worth every penny; and they’re not all that expensive when compared to other newer style plastic storage container options. There’s nothing wrong with the newer plastic style storage cans but I trust these tried and true metal containers any day of the week over plastics. These cans came bubble wrapped as if they were an expensive vase, which is funny considering what this product is. However, it’s a very nice touch and not unappreciated by me at all. The lids close just like a brand new ammo can should: hard and tight. Pack up your ammunition and toss in a few desiccant packets and you’re good to go!These cans remind me of my Army days so I’m definitely nostalgic and maybe even a bit biased. However, I can 100% say that these cans are worth every penny for storing your ammunition and I’ve gone on to order many more of this exact brand after purchasing my first one.I absolutely recommend these to you with zero hesitation. Just buy them!I hope this review was helpful to you in making a decision. Cheers!

Almost as good as the milspec ones
Build solidly, the gasket seals well, but the fit and finish is just a little sloppy.

Great Can, own a few and will buy more as needed
Excellent ammo can. 30 cal size Easily holds 600+ rounds of loose 5.56. 30 cal can will also easily hold 1000 rounds of loose 9mm. I own a few of the 30s and I got one 50 cal and it is identical to the mil spec surplus one that I have. Works great, solid seal. Throw in a few silica packs and you are good to go. They also stack really nicely for easy storage.
