Potatoes, perfect as soup, salad, mash, dumplings or casseroles - no other vegetable offers such a variety of dishes and culinary delights. Let's say your home should never run out of potatoes, as staple food. And when your favorite type is on sale, wouldn't you prefer a larger storage box? No problem with our crate PATATA. The solid and well-conceived construction enables a long period storage over several years as it is solidly mounted in good old carpenter's tradition. We choose solid non-treated beechwood for its construction. The back wall is made of dirt-repellent Multiplex plate. The approved transverse opening angle is the optimum way for unloading: potatos are rolling onto the frontside and like that, are ready for taking. The open floor enables a perfect air circulation and thus a long storage life of the potatoes. The crate is made of local beechwood and produced in a social joinery in Amelinghausen. It consists of 1,6 cm strong and 4 cm large wooden strips, mounted with galvanised screws and interconnecting device. The crate is delivered full mounted. Please note: branches are a natural part of wood, non-treated wood will turn to grey and may crack or warp. Metal device can tarnish. These are natural adapting processes and appearances and no reasons for complaint.
