Haven't used it yet, but 100% pleased with it and know that it will be perfect
It was simple to build up; hopefully will be using it before this weekend but know now that it will be perfect!

Not as good as we hoped 1-2 stars for functionality.
We had this as a Christmas gift last year and stupidly waited til autumn of this year to set it up to press apples. Putting it together was easy enough though a bit fiddly at times. The top moved around a lot til filled with apples. The biggest issues are that the two half discs don’t reach the edge so fruit is squeezed upwards around the edges and there are not enough of the smaller wooden chocks. We ended up wrapping bricks in silver foil, sealing in tape and then sealing in strong plastic bags, in order to raise the upper press bar.We tried with cut apples and it was no good, would have taken forever to cut small enough. We then bought a fruit crusher from the same vendor but the tooth spacing is too wide so the apples were again too big.I did ask if there was any way we could return towards buying a better model (T handle, wide metal disc and drum) but this wasn’t possible. (Although unopened til this attempt, it WAS almost 9/10 months since purchase so i’m not surprised.Customer support were very quick with responses & friendly, but we’ve ultimately ended up with a press we won’t use again, primarily because of the wooden components and single bar turn mechanism. We DID get some apple juice but this equipment, we feel, made it extremely hard work. We’ll reconsider buying the other full metal model in the future possibly, it looks more robust, has a better handle, better fitting press and I think probably worth the extra money.

Good value for money but a tad fiddly to assemble
It is good value for money, however quite fiddly to assemble. Unfortunately it doesn't state on the listing that it comes in 1000pc as it pretty much does. All the sided on the press are made of individual pieces of wood, and yes, you have to assemble one by one.It did take approximately 30min to get it together. The press itself works ok, however big thing to note, it has to be very full, you are unable to press the juice with anything less than full. The small wooden bricks that you get are very small and there is not enough of them to get all the juice out.As we were pressing the juice, we had to add on additional pieces of our own wood to make sure it operated at its best. You must male sure to screw the legs to a wooden base, due to the weight and pressure it will move about and you will not be able to juice properly. All in all its ok but some improvements would make it perfect.

Very well designed and built
There's a lot of self assembly, no hassle with a cordless screwdriver, took about 30 mins to screw all the wooden slats in. Well designed and solid, I'll definitely screw it down to a wooden base.
