This is the third Sweet crispy chair I have purchased of this particular style. I haven't bought the other two as replacements, but because these chairs are so good for the price - it's the first one I look at when I need another chair; and ultimately it is a great choice for the price. The hardware package is neatly labeled, and the instructions are fool proof. Assembly couldn't be easier because everything is clearly laid out. You even get an allen wrench with a handle that is easy on the hands. This chair is very ergonomic and adjustable. The cushion is comfortable even for long hours of sitting, and the fold up arms are great for storing under desk or just putting them out of the way if you need to. My first one I bought is still going strong after three years of regular use. The frame is sturdy and the wheels roll freely on hard surfaces, I don't know about carpet, but I have used one on a low pile area rug and it was great, Really you can't go wrong with this chair if you are on a budget, or if you just want a good chair - period.

Desk chairs are notorious for being expensive, so I was skeptical when initially looking to purchase this. But after doing research and reading the reviews, I decided to finally get it. First off, it was easy to put together. The instructions were very clear, and no parts were missing when the chair arrived. I was able to put it together in about an hour or so. I love the breathable mesh back--great for when it's hot during the summer! The chair is a lovely, light grey and looks great in my apartment. It's easily adjustable for the perfect height and incredibly sturdy and quiet. I love that it has armrests that can be moved up to tuck it under a desk, if needed, or simply moved out of the way. The mesh backing also has a little pocket in the back for documents or something small to hold. The cushion is very comfortable--I never feel sore or uncomfortable after a long day of work at my desk. It rolls around easily and quietly along the floor and is very stable. I can even lean back comfortably in my chair without feeling as though I will fall over. Overall, a great investment! I would buy this chair again, if I needed to!

• The chair doesn't have any overwhelming odor (I'm chemically sensitive, it's perfectly fine for me). • edit: 1 week in loving the chair even more! 24-hours in: I like the chair, and assembly was satisfying. It's cat-approved. • I gave extra attention and care to instructions/assembly steps 4-7, ensuring the bolts were even and secure, as the structural success of this chair's support design depends on this geometry. • I substituted standard-size pop-in casters to help protect my apartment's bare wood flooring. • I'm almost 5'4", the chair fits, but feels slightly large for me. A small support cushion for my back will help for more upright tasks, but for relaxing back, the chair is comfy as-is. I have the chair set on its lowest height (my subbed-in wheels add 1" to the height) • The chair's seat is not overly soft, but is comfy, which is great for active task work. • Arm rests are not cushioned, nor full-length, but are effective elbow rests, and their shorter length allows me to draw the chair close to my desk without becoming an obstacle. • Item arrived 2 days earlier than expected :)

It's a serviceable chair for the price. The seat is comfortable, and it was easy to put together. The armrests are 100% plastic, which isn't the most comfortable, but the chair is sturdy. For larger users, I don't think this chair would work. I'm a smaller woman, and my first thought when sitting in the chair was "wow, this is small." It fits me fine, but that's something to keep in mind.

Chair is very comfortable and of quality. It was very easy to put together, the instructions were well explained. The cushion is wonderful for extended periods of sitting. Since the arms lifted up, it is very easy to get in or out of.

The chair was fairly simple to install. The seat cushion and backing is comfortable. Love the armrest. It can lift up or down. My only issue is that it doesn't really tilt back and does not lock from the swivel position.

I’ve had one for a couple of months & really like it, so far. I love that the arms flip up. The wheels work really well, too. I liked it so much I bought a second one for a family member.
