I use this switcher to easily toggle audio between my Mac Mini and my work Lenovo laptop (which is connected to a docking station), and it works flawlessly. It's simple and lets me and my husband share DJing duties when we're hanging out at our gaming stations. We have it hooked up to both of our computers and a nice speaker on the other end. Really easy to flip back and forth with a button and the volume dial is a nice bonus over other options I looked at. I like that it's not powered as well.

I use two computers and needed an A/B switch for the audio. This device is just the ticket. I plug each computer into the device (IN 1 & 2) and have one output to headphones. The built in volume control is nice to quickly set the volume. And the mute button is a nice added feature. It's a simple device that does exactly what it says it does. And It's passive, so no power source needed. Great little device.

I'm using this to split a source between two different "chi-fi" audio paths. One a Douk setup bi-amping Polk RTi A1s. The other is a Fosi stack running two 200w 4ohm "party pounders". Honestly I wasn't expecting much. I figured there would be some distortion added to the chain...but I haven't noticed any! And switching between the signal paths with the little switch has worked great! I'm just running Spotify off an old Fire table for now. For quick and dirty A/B testing it's worked surprisingly well!

Have had this product for a week Feb 2026. So far no problems. I have a cord running from my laptop as an input to the box and two cords running output to a soundbar and headphones so I can switch easily between using soundbar for watching videos and headphones for playing games. Volume control knob works great. No hisses, pops or annoying hums. Quality of sound output is the same as if I plugged each item into my laptop separately. The mute button is handy for when someone comes into the room so I can mute the sound while having conversation and then press the button again to get back to whatever I was doing on the computer previously. Overall good value/price.

Does not work on Bluetooth receiver and headphones

I have speakers connected to my laptop that has an audio port for headphones. The issue is that the speakers are behind my monitor. Reaching that port is not easy when I want to use headphones. This switch solved that issue. I tried another switch and it caused a loud buzzing sound from the speakers all the time. A ground loop isolator did not resolve that issue. This device does not have the buzzing and works great.
