Perfect like for like replacement for the original remote
Works just like the original remote for my Samsung Frame 2019 TV. It has a good weight, feels premium to the touch, is extremely responsive and the voice commands work perfectly. Note the remote works automatically, but must be paired to use the voice function by holding down the 'return' and 'play' buttons for a few seconds.

Poor Quality
I wouldn’t bother, firstly the battery box is oversized so batteries rattle about, I had to put a piece of card I to overcome this problem. Secondly, it lasted about two weeks and the directional keys started to fail. Don’t waste your money.

Bluetooth failed after a few months
Bluetooth stopped working after a few months and now refuses to pair. Basic functions still work but not sound or other Bluetooth functions.

A decent remote at a good price
Just like the original at a reasonable price. Has tended to lose the pairing to the TV a few times and requires removal of the batteries for a few minutes before attempting re-pairing. My original Samsung remote did not do this.

Stopped working
Terrible! It stopped working after 2 months and I cannot even return it. Dont waste your money

Decent replacement… for a year!
The volume button stopped working after 12 months. Otherwise, a decent tv remote at a reasonable price. One tiny issue is that when moving the cursor it sometimes overruns a little bit so you have to reverse back a little to click on the button you want. But that’s me being very, very picky.

Voice control button isn’t working/ 2 other buttons almost falling off
Despite speaking into the voice button, it doesn’t seem to work and also not showing sign of a voice control on my screen. The light also goes off even while I’m still pressing on it. My TV uses voice recognition, so this is nonsense. Not working at all. I wouldn’t recommend this. This cost over £24, l will be returning it.

Die Fernbedienung funktioniert super mit meinem Samsung GQ75QN90BAT QLED – wurde direkt erkannt, keine Einrichtung nötig. Man muss die Tasten manchmal etwas fester drücken, aber das stört mich nicht. Die Sprachfunktion klappt einwandfrei, und auch die Reaktionszeit ist top. Liegt gut in der Hand, alles wie beim Original. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass keine überflüssigen Tasten wie Netflix, Prime etc. drauf sind – alles schön übersichtlich. Top als Ersatz oder Zweitfernbedienung.

Al intentar vincularlo con movistar, da un error y no finaliza la vinculacion El mando original que parece idéntico al de amazon se vincula en segundos, I permite con el mismo mando de del televisor actuar en los canales de Movistar
