It takes two people and you need to read the instructions carefully, but apart from that it’s a breeze to build. I’m not sure the instructions for the shelf that can be lifted or dropped are perfect, but we worked it out. Once completed, it’s very sturdy.

I only received this 3 days ago, and plan to use this for sewing and crafts. My sewing machine fits perfectly on the insert. The table seems quite sturdy and stable. The parts were clearly labelled, the instructions were clear, and the table was easy to assemble. Although the instructions advised that 2 people were required to turn the table upright, I (a 5'2" septuagenarian) was able to do this on my own by first collapsing the legs, standing the table on end, then unfolding one leg, tilting the table into an upright position, and then unfolding the second leg. I'm very happy so far.

This sewing table/desk is a really great concept and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a proper desk but doesn't have room to have one permanently in position.The instructions are a little confusing and it took a few attempts to get the legs on the right way round (you need to look at the diagrams very carefully and the legs are numbered both on themselves and on the diagram), but once it was all fixed together it was great.It is easy to put up and take down and folds up really quite small. It is a little heavy, but I imagine if you are able to carry heavy shopping bags then you should be fine doing this on your own, otherwise you may need someone else to assist you. Obviously it is the size of the tabletop, but the legs fold in and it is only as wide as the brackets for the drop down shelf and it stands up against the wall very safely.I have been using this desk with my sewing machine (which is reasonably heavy) and the desk feels pretty sturdy. If you have a sewing machine which goes very fast then there might be some vibration, but this is a folding desk not a solid one, so this is to be expected.This desk feels very safe and sturdy and if you need a space saving desk for sewing or crafting then this desk is a must.This desk can also be used as an office desk with your home PC. The dropdown shelf is perfect for your keyboard and can be adjusted to several heights using the allenkey provided. The bolts only need to be loosened and the shelf pulls forward and slots into various holes for the required height, then you just need to tighten the bolts up.I did have some contact with the seller regarding this desk and they sorted out my issue very quickly and efficiently and I was impressed with the service I received.

I am delighted with this table. Be warned that it is BIG - you might want to double-check it will suit your space. It took me some time to assemble on my own, but the instructions are exceptionally clear, with all parts clearly marked. It went together perfectly. The only part I struggled with was the adjustable shelf, which I found easier to fit BEFORE carefully putting the table upright. The whole thing is extremely sturdy and, thanks to the adjustable feet, it sits very steadily on my slightly uneven floor. Although it is heavy, it glides across the floor when I want to move it. Oh yes, and the cat loves the lower shelf!

Very happy with my purchase, bought as a sewing table. Easy to put together in half an hour. Just the right height fir me .

It is very sturdy but a bit long to assemble. However, in the description it said folding. I expected a fully foldable table but only a small flap at the very end of the table is able to fold while the rest cannot. It is too heavy and takes up space so I would've preferred it to be fully foldable.

Really useful table for all sorts of purposes. Using as a computer desk, a craft desk, camera cleaning station and many more. I may even put a sewing machine on it at some point :-) read the assembly instructions carefully it is easy put the legs on wrong. It is easy to fix once you realise what you have done. One set of legs is an inch longer than the other. The mounts are at a different height to facilitate the ability to fold the table down. Great table really happy with it

An excellent table for my Bernina sewing machine. It feels nice and sturdy and is the perfect size for my machine, material and various bits and bobs to be ready to hand. It does vibrate a bit if I push my machine to its top speed but at normal speeds there is no movement. I had an issue with a part being faulty on delivery which the seller sorted out for me quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this product and the seller.
