Very nice set of scrapers to have on hand for all of your home projects. I love the variety you get with this set, they seems to be of good quality, and I think the price is fair for getting 5 of these tools.

These putty knives don't disappoint. Considering the low price point, they are a great value. The five different blade widths provide a nice assortment depending on the task at hand. I used one of the narrower blades to reglaze some windows, and I found the flexibility perfect. Not too stiff, and flexible enough for the job. Sure, the finish on these isn't what you would expect from a $10 putty knife, but if you only occasionally use these, these are a great option.

The best things about this set are the cheap price and the variety. You get sizes from 1 to 5-inch widths which should cover most homeowner putty knife needs. Are these the top-of-the-line knives? No, that's why I said homeowner. If you are a professional painter or drywaller, then these are not for you. I mean you could get by in a pinch with them, they are pretty decent knives, but they are not professional grade.I wouldn't call these el cheopos either. I would probably put them low middle grade. The handle is comfortable, and the blades are adequate for occasional use. The blades are a little on the thin side and edges are not quite well finished but for covering the occasional holes with spackle and things, these will work great. The blades do have some flex without being too springy. And the edges can be rounded a little as needed. The blades with probably eventually work loose at the handle flex point which I've had happen before with similar looking knives, but I think you'll get lots of life out of them before that.Plus, you could probably just switch to another knife in this set and carry on. Thats part of the beauty of getting 5 of them. And if you have a painting party with friends then you can each have a blade instead of all sharing one or two of them.

Overall, this seems to be a pretty good set of putty knives. What’s great is you get five and a variety of sizes. Applying putty to the wall, they worked fairly good, pretty standard for a putty knife. Again, depending on the project, it’s nice to have several size options. Easy to clean and wipe down, and has a hole in the base to hang, great if you have a pegboard to keep them organized. For the price this is a decent buy.
