Love this unit. It’s working great. The other Della unit I bought at same time is NOT. That’s why only a 4. Love the quietness, efficiency and capabilities of heating as well as cooling. It cools/heats our whole tiny little cabin.

The media could not be loaded. I live in Florida and our summers are brutal. I installed the 18,000 BTU in my garage.It wasn’t a hard install but it took my dad and I about 8 hours. He ran the electrical, 20 amp double pole breaker and disconnect.Around this time of the year, my garage is around 82 degrees and +70% humidity, the air is very wet.This morning it was 74” and 52% humidity.The indoor and outdoor units are remarkably quieter compared to our house’s HVAC system.

This was best investment I've ever made. I put this on the wall on my porch that I've converted to a sun room. This extra space that I enclosed with plexiglass and wood and sealed with insulation stayed about 20 degrees different from out side. With a window unit and heaters. Now with the split unit it stays what ever temp I want it to be. The della split unit is so quite I have to put my ear on it to hear it run sometimes the out side unit is even quite. If you mount on outside wall that is a little thin and only a few inches thick it might give a little bit of a hum but so slight you have to want to hear it. Turbo cool or heat will cool or heat super fast. The remote is confusing really bad even with the instructions. No real video to watch on it and you can not out it on auto and set a temp. When you put it on auto which is what I use the most your temp is not settable. You can NOT set auto. Not even on the app. AUTO can not be set. I have not found anything anywhere that can tell me how to set auto. Otherwise this is perfect 👌 👍 🥰. I love it.

Do not buy this unless you fulfill all of the following requirements:-You are generally a very handy person-Your installation will have the minisplit head unit on the exact opposite side of a wall from the condenser-You own a torque wrench-You are using flareseals-You are not extending the length of this at all-You know exactly how to plumb a condensation lineOr if you're an HVAC person I guess.Note that very few HVAC people up north will work on this unless you buy it directly from them. If you're planning on having an HVAC person install it, BUY ONE DIRECTLY FROM THEM. This was a nightmare to install in a more custom situation. Save yourself time and money by following my suggestions. You will regret not doing soEDIT:DO NOT BUY THIS MINISPLIT PERIOD! GOOD LUCK FINDING SOMEONE WILLING TO COME OUT. Actually, buy this for someone you hate or recommend it to them. It will make their life a living hell until they gain the good sense to throw it away

Heats and cools very well. Installed in a 480’ space and it does it’s job well.

We have zero regrets! No wait, one. That we didn’t get them sooner! We (my husband, self and 19yr old son) work outside noon-8am several days a week in Texas. It doesn’t matter how low you set your AC unit it’s just never enough and it just runs it into the ground. We finally decided to pull the plug. In my 40 years I’ve never slept so good. It’s like hotel good but in your own bed!!! Install was super easy because I watched him do it, LOL. I kid. I’ll ask for his install input and update but seriously he installed all 4 (3 bedrooms and 1 living room) in 2 days. Probably wouldn’t have taken so long if he didn’t have to pour a pad for them but it was well worth it! Last pic is from the Nest. They were installed Friday. Compare usage from Sat & Sun to before we got them! Insane!!!
