PRECISION 3551 LAPTOP
Overall, the unit is properly configured (Core i7/32GB DDR4/512GB SSD). However, the vendor quite obviously knew the power adapter was under-powered and incorrect for this unit as the BIOS logs clearly called out nine instances of a system stop due to the incorrect power supply. Fortunately, we have spares in the shop.Unit seems to run fairly well. Keyboard has several keys that aren't immediately responding without some very focused pressure on the keys. May end up replacing this keyboard, too.

Déception/appareil non vérifié/ mais suivi personne correct
Déception complète sur le portable qui ne semble pas du tout avoir été inspecté, des griffes en dessous qui ne sont pas précisées. alimentation du portable bien trop grosse. En plus j'ai demandé un retour car la fermeture caméra est cassée.Pour une première fois tenter d'utiliser un "reconditionnement" est une totale déception. je vais donc ne plus faire confiance et payer pour du neuf.2- J'ai demandé un retour et un remboursement : 2 fois que je retourne l'appareil et qu'il me revient...... temps perdu avec les aller retour, payer les impressions de factures et de RMA, bref un calvaire et une très très mauvaise expérience.Par contre, il faut admettre et reconnaitre que la personne m'a toujours répondu sur le chat de Amazon et que pour le 3e retour (qui j'espère sera le bon), la personne m'a remboursé.En résumé : personne honnête et correcte pour le remboursement mais je ne ferai plus affaire avec elle si un jour je choisis un autre appareil reconditionné.
