Used on our sliding barn door. Didn’t want to drill anything in the flooring so being able to mount it to the wall was great very sturdy and easy to install. A great value.

This was a great solution for our situation. I did not want to drill in to our porcelain tile floor so I used this piece instead of the guide included with the door. The door is quite thick so I routed a channel through the bottom of the door and it works excellent. The guide is adjustable to fit the desired distance from the wall.

Be sure to check when received, i let these sit around for a few months before i actually tested them on the barn doors themselves (which are customer built), they ended up being too small and one of the packages (of the 4) didn't have all components. So, i missed the return window, and because of the size issue, had to reorder the larger set.

Perfect for our glass sliding pantry door. The brushed nickel finish matches perfectly, and it is adjustable. No noise when sliding the door, thick cut of steel so it is sturdy.

Much better than the plastic guides that came with door kit and better solution to attach to base board than drilling holes in the floor. Works great.

The faucet itself seems nice and sturdy but when I opened my packaging it had a bunch of scratches in the finish on the side of the faucet. It comes well packaged but that doesn't do much when it is damaged to begin with.

Exactly as advertised, stabilized lower barn door. Recommended item.

I haven’t installed it yet but very happy with the purchase well made and not too big or intrusive.

I have this on two barn doors and along with the soft close mechanism it is truly a must have.

This allows for the installation on the outside of a non-grooved door, or hidden in the groove. Very nice.

Bought this as an extra mount in case the floor mount provided with the kit didn’t work but didn’t end up using it. The door needed to be hung higher or be trimmed to allow this piece to fit under. The double roller floor mount provided in the kit works great.
