The folks at Springblinds patiently worked with me to get my shade customized to my specifications. It first sent me samples of its shades per my request and then I ordered a wide shade (82.25 inches wide specifically). Because Springblinds spelled out details about the roller (hardware) width and actual shade width, I knew exactly what to expect. The result was a shade that perfectly matched what I had envisioned. I'm attaching pictures of my window before and after the shade was installed.

This motorized shade was purchased with the intention of mounting it outdoors. The product description clearly states indoor/outdoor. I was initially very happy with the shade. It installed easily (terrible instructions, but easy to figure out). Setting-up the remote and up/down limits was simple enough. However, almost every time it rains, the remote unpairs with the shade motor. I then need to redo the entire set-up. I'm simply not willing to do this after each rainfall. I'm very disappointed that this product does not live up to its description as an outdoor shade. It's getting returned.

I moved into a new house with a 2nd floor balcony that faces West. I ordered 2 of the wide widths to protect the balcony from the severe Texas heat. These are wonderful and are sturdy. I have contacted the company for 2 small questions and needs and they have been very helpful and solved a problem for me. I have high wind and needed more pull cords to anchor them on windy days and they are sending me more cords at no cost. Excellent customer service. ( over all I have ordered 9 window and door shades and they are great to keep the sun out and protect your inside furniture and carpet at the same time). Don’t hesitate to buy from this company.

I purchased the shade with the purpose to be able to cover the front window so the dogs wouldn't bark as people walk by all the time. I was expecting it to block out more of the shades from when looking outside from the inside. But you are still able to see through it. It does help distract the dogs, which was my main goal. I like the feature that it is rechargeable and I did not have to run power out to the window. The remote feature is great as well. I love the look as well.

The quality is pretty good. Although, for the price, it could be better. The installation instructions are woefully inadequate. Especially on how to measure, and how the brake works. We bought 5 of these, in different sizes. Now that I know how to install them, I probably would buy again.

The blinds work great for me. I wanted blinds that do not totally block the sun and they work great. Found them easy to install as well. The slow retraction is a very nice function as well

Be aware that "cordless" doesn't mean electronic! The "cordless" shades are spring-retracting, and you pull them down manually with a drawstring. It is unfortunate that the two kinds of shades are mixed together in this one listing.If there is any problem with your order, don't count on Springblinds to be particularly understanding. That wasn't my experience, anyway. They are never wrong, if you know what I mean.The quality of the shades is okay. The gushing in some of these reviews about how "perfect" and "exceptional" they are seems a little odd.

The blind is great for what we need it, however there is a good size dent in the aluminum valance from shipping. Don't want to be too picky, since it's not their fault, but maybe do a better job at packing in the future?
