Will this work with Raspberry Pi and Tvheaded?

Is there a basic systems text application? Its just showing white noise via SDR# app. Unplugging the ant sees no change. Not sure its picking up.

Can a Ku-Band dish be used in place of the provided antenna for purposes of picking up radio emissions?
