VERY small
I wouldn't say this is designed for an adult in any way. I am 5'2 and wear S/M sized shirts and this felt like it was 2 sizes too small for me. Not only did it feel small on the straps but also it just felt ridiculously uncomfortable and small. I had high hopes but this fell very short of my expectations.

Good idea but uncomfortable
I bought this to help with my neck pain from poor posture while sitting at my desk. It does the trick of vibrating whenever it’s unlevel but isn’t comfortable to wear. I tried removing the vibration device (it being removable is a cool feature!) and clipping it straight to my shirt which was a lot more tolerable. The annoying thing is that the sensitivity is too high and would constantly buzz when I lean to grab something or when I’m just moving around.

Too small
Would not fit me and I'm not huge. I would say this might fit a 10 year old at best.

Very uncomfortable
This product is easy to put on. I couldn't decide whether to use the upper or lower slits on the back. When I put the straps through the lower holes, the rigid part on the back was too high, so I switched to the upper slits, and that brought it down a bit more. Once I got it on and adjusted the shoulder straps to the tightness that seemed right, all I had to do was close the belt, which was easy because it's just a velcro strap.Unfortunately, I found the device very uncomfortable, even when I was consciously standing up as straight as possible. The straps on the shoulders were not so bad, but the belt around the waist was so tight it felt like I couldn't take a deep breath. If you loosen the waist, then the shoulders get looser as well, and defeat the purpose of the item. The directions recommended wearing it for 15 minutes a day, and I can't imagine tolerating it for any longer than that. Also, the description claims that it is invisible under clothes, which is true if you look from the front (wearing very loose clothing), but from the side there is an obvious pointy piece of plastic sticking out at the back. See the red arrow in my photo. If you're only going to be wearing it for 15 minutes, you're not likely to be going out anywhere anyway.I don't think this will be very useful for me.

Is not very comfortable
I got this for my teenage daughter hoping the buzzer can alarm her to correct her posture. The differentiator was the smart capability of this posture corrector, but the problem is it has a lot of false alarms that defeats the purpose. Even if you sit right, you may get false alarms.

Weird fit
I'm really short and this device seemed too short for me somehow? You're supposed to put it on like a backpack, but the top of it ends up really high, which makes the waist really high, which makes the whole thing feel weird. On top of that, while I am sturdily built, I'm by no means fat; it really feels like the whole thing is too tight, even though I'm overall super small. The device does work, but it's pretty annoying. If you just stand still and straight all day, you're fine. But if you need to bend over or sit down, it starts buzzing away. I guess that's the whole point of the thing, but be warned.

Effective Posture Corrector - Genius Idea!
I really like this posture corrector. I have really bad posture. Being on the petite side so when I am sitting at a table or on the couch and using the computer or a laptop, I have to hunch over in order to feel comfortable. After years of doing this, I've noticed that my natural position is to hunch over, and I want to stop doing this. This posture corrector is a simple contraption. It consists of a plastic bar that you wear on your back with straps. You wear the straps over your shoulders like a backpack and then secure them at the front of your waist. There is a little electrical component that attaches to the top of the plastic bar. If your hunching or bending curve exceeds 15 degrees, it starts to vibrate to alert you. It was really annoying at first, and I thought I had received a defective unit, but it was only because my posture is poor, so it was always going off.Initially, the contraption can be a bit uncomfortable to wear because after years of bad posture, it no longer feels natural to be back in the proper posture position. I don't recommend wearing it for more than a few hours a day at first. However, over time, as your posture improves, you can wear it for longer periods. There is a USB cord for you to charge the electric unit. It only takes about 2 hours to charge, and the battery should last a long time. This posture corrector, while simple enough, is a genius idea! I wish I had found something like it years ago.
