Can these go on a car?

They could but I wouldn't recommend it. Hadn't tested out the durability to different conditions. Looking at it, it doesn't seem capable of handling a simple carwash. So I say you can, but I suggest you don't.

They are stickers, and depending on what type of paint you have these can peel the paint off the walls.
