Original product. you can't try to buy cheaper versions and have it as good. Can't beat the original. Pricey but worth it.

This is the best Herbes de Provence blend available on the market, hands down. The amount in the refill is generous and well worth the money.

These spices are great! I like Herbs de Provence(hereafter HdP) and I've settled for McCormick as the go-to source for spices, but these HdP blew McCormick out of the water! They're very flavorful and smell great. As other reviewers noted, you want to keep them sealed to keep the flavor and odor fresh. I baked some of this HdP into bread and it was a real winner with my family. Of the two loaves I produced, one didn't survive the evening. The other barely survived the next day. This HdP does a great job and will improve practically any dish.

If you like herbs de Provence, this is the one. Lovely bouquet. A full bloom of flavors. This works so well at the table atop salads and on the stovetop and in oven on pasta and savory dishes. A delicate complement to many dishes and a handy staple to have on hand to add a little unexpected personality.

* see photos * We usually don't purchase pre-blended spices as we generally prefer to use garden fresh (when available) supplemented with individual dried spices (& avoiding an excess of cheap fillers) - but Herbes de Provence' is one of our very few pre-blended exceptions. For us Genuine French 'Herbs de Provence' is a must have for most homemade Italian dishes & hand crafted pizza - yum! We use to get the awesome 11oz crock locally .... but they don't carry it anymore ... This will do. Highly Recommended!

Anysetiers de Roy Herbes de Provence- in 1 word - fabulous!! in many words - from the moment we opened the box- a heavenly aroma filled our nostrils. the scent of the herbs permeate the entire house when we are cooking in the kitch .. makes everyone extra hungry : ( the herbs were wrapped in destruction proof, moisture-poof packaging)-thank goodness! as the amazon box this treasure arrived in was soaked through from sitting out on the porch all day in the torrential rain - not a damp leaf in site! stood up very well under mother nature's torrents... i will order again!

This is the real - original - Herbes de Provence. There are a lot of knock-offs out there (and they are terrible - garlic added - really?!) - this original blend is always in my kitchen and used in so many recipes from roast chicken to soups. Enjoy!
