Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Griddle (Double-Sided) - Classic Cast Iron Griddle (18" x 9")

This griddle makes life much easier. I have been cooking eggs and bacon on this thing and then just wiping it down. The non stick is a great asset and cast iron is always a joy to use. The quality of this griddle is unmatched, for years I used Griswold cast iron pans that had been passed down and were thick with seasoning, but this griddle is just as heavy duty and the non stick pre seasoning works better than my 50 year old Griswolds. I look forward to getting the skillet and using it also. Can't wait to surprise all my relatives with this for Christmas, I am sure they will switch to Henley kitchen cast iron items as well.

I ended up returning it because it was too small for my stove similar description however smaller and then seems to be made I will get material

I cook all the time and I love trying new kitchen products and found these to be the best by far for such a good price. Made a bunch of recipes on this one so far so put this griddle to the test -- it's super sturdy, heats up very evenly, not to mention has a nice look to it in the kitchen. Definitely keeping Henley in mind for the next time my kitchen needs an update.

It's big enough to span two burners on my standard size stovetop, allowing me to cook everything I want to eat in one go, yet lightweight enough that I don't feel like I'm going to crack my sink when I clean it. Big cast iron can get so unwieldy, ya know?It came pre-seasoned and ready to cook right out of the box. I'm looking forward to cooking some steaks using the grill side. Ain't no better way to cook a steak than searing it on the stovetop and finishing it in a hot oven -- this griddle is perfect for that.

Well made, but was too small for my stove. Had to return.

I loved this water bottle, it seemed pretty break resistant, I never dropped it, I always kept the silicone sleeve on it. However the bottom of the bottle shattered out of it. I did nothing except twist the top off. It made a mess everywhere on my hardwood floors. The worst part is I was nursing my one month old son seconds before this happened. Thank God I put him down first before walking into the kitchen and opening the bottle to take a sip. If it had shattered all over my infant it would have been very bad.

cast iron needs to be seasoned rusted up in 3 days

I love grilling in the summer months. It's the easiest/quickest way to make healthy food. So I've been looking into getting a cast iron griddle, (particularly as winter approaches) so I can have the same cooking experience using my oven. As soon as I got the griddle in last night I used it to make loaded cheddar burgers and it was awesome! The griddle is the perfect size– I made two burgers but it could have easily fit four burgers or burgers + veggies. I will say, definitely order the add-on scraper or you're going to work x3 harder to clean it with a conventional sponge.
