Nothing wrong it the mouse. It is an ergonomic dream. Very comfortable. Scrolls smoothly. The features are really useful. I like have a quick volume adjust button too. Durable. Keeps a charge a long time. I fully charged it once and leave it on at all times. 2 weeks later and it's still going. There isn't a battery level indicator so I'd just periodically charge it. Bluetooth connectivity was a flawless setup.

The size is just right for smaller hands. There were no issues with connecting and it took only a short period of time to get used to using it. It has made a huge difference for me with barely any strain. The mouse clicking barely makes any sound, but I can still feel the clicks I make that's not too annoying. This is very helpful for me especially due to my noise sensitivity, however the buttons on the side for back and forward still has louder clicks. The side buttons are not programmable to anything else, but since I don't really use it for it's intended purpose I don't mind it. The volume knob can be convenient as well and there's not much friction in how to use it since it doesn't require too much movement or strain to use it when needed.

I have carpel tunnel syndrome in both hands, and using a regular mouse hurts my hand. My friend told me to buy an ergonomic mouse, so I said sure. I've never used an ergonomic mouse before or one that is turned on the side like this one. However, I bought this one because of its high ratings. I love this mouse! It's comfortable, easy to use, and has high quality. The color is great too for all of you pink lovers. It comes with a USB cord to charge the mouse. All you need to do to charge it is to attach the cord to your mouse and to your laptop and let it charge. You can also use the mouse while charging it. I read someone else’s review. They said that if the mouse isn’t working or communicating for whatever reason, you can still use it with its USB cord, and the mouse still words. It looks like the company put a lot of thought into making this device, and it’s well worth the cost. I'm glad I bought this; my hands don't hurt anymore, and it’s super unique. When I started using this mouse, it took a little time to get used to using it on its side. I couldn’t fully wrap my hand around it, but I’m getting more used to it and it feels great on my hand. The thumb buttons are for going back to the previous page you were on, or going forward to the next page. The button on the very top of the mouse is for the volume. You can also press it down, but I honestly don’t remember what that part is for. The other side of it is the left and right clicks with the scroll wheel. There’s another button above the scroll wheel also called the DPI button that allows you to quickly adjust the mouse sensitivity. You will also find the charging port on the lower part of the mouse where it divides, and there are several other buttons and the USB receiver on under the mouse for connecting the mouse t to your computer. A user manual comes with this device that guides you through the setup. Shipping was on time and packaged nicely. I give this a 5/5 and recommend this product.

So my dog ate my old mouse and I said this was my chance to finally get my ergonomic mouse. I’ve been waiting for a valid reason. I work from home and needed something reliable. This mouse is FANTASTIC. It did take me a little to adjust to the forward and backward page buttons where the thumb rests and I definitely clicked one on accident a few times. But after some time you adjust. It feels good on my wrist and tendons and I have pretty small hands. Easy to get hooked up to my laptop, you just plug in the usb and call it a day. The charge has lasted a long time so far, but I do turn it off when I’m done working. It’s quick and the movement flows very well. Again this is just for work so I can’t speak for anything gaming related but I like it and I love the volume dial. Makes it easy to adjust the volume instead of finding which screen my controls are on.

I *really* wanted to love this mouse! It's adorable, matches my keyboard at work perfectly, and honestly worked super well! I recently started having some pain after several years of using a trackball mouse at work, so I thought I'd give a vertical ergonomic mouse another try. Unfortunately, the pain in my hand and wrist only seemed to feel significantly worse. I think I have pretty average-sized hands for a woman and it genuinely fits well in my hand so I tried to push through the pain, thinking maybe my hand simply isn't used to the new angle yet. But after a little over a week I just couldn't take the pain anymore. The good news is that the mouse paired to my computer perfectly and worked seamlessly. The left & right buttons are very quiet, the scroll wheel moved smoothly with my screens, and the mouse glides really well on a desk mat. Plus the price point was fantastic. So while this mouse isn't the right one *for me,* I think it'll be great for other people! I ended up returning this one and ordered a new (also purple) trackball mouse (MOU-301) from the same company.

I was just about to order a second mouse so I didn't have to cart the same one back and forth from my office and realized it's been over a year since I bought the first one! Obviously I'm back to get another one because I love it sooo much. My wrist/elbow were hurting from using a regular mouse and I thought I'd try this "cheap" ergonomic mouse before investing in a Logitech (~$80). I never had to invest in a "better" mouse! This works great!!! My wrist pain is gone and this design is really easy to use once you get used to it. The battery holds a charge well and I love the colors. I've gotten compliments on it at work. So I am getting another one!

this mouse is exactly what i was looking for. i like the cute colors and the functionality is exactly what i hoped for. i like that it's a "sideways" ergonomic mouse. as someone who has been using computers since childhood, i've certainly started to feel a bit of the strain on my right wrist in specific. i finally decided it was time to pick up an ergonomic mouse - i haven't had it long so i can't tell if there's really a difference, but if feels a lot more natural on my arm than the traditional style. it's very easy to connect, either via wireless USB or bluetooth. i picked bluetooth and i haven't noticed any lagging or delay yet, it seems very responsive. i love the volume knob on top, it makes it so easy to adjust quickly and the knob is very easy to reach with my thumb, but i don't find myself accidentally bumping it. i have small hands, so the forward and back buttons by my thumb are a slight stretch to reach, but not to the point that it's been a problem for me so far.

I used Logitech MX Vertical for a few years, and I like it a lot, but recently it started to double-click (which apparently is a common issue), so I decided to get a new mouse. I tried the Logitech Lift and Lenovo Go, but they are too small for my hand (even though I have rather small hands). I like "bigger" and "steeper" mice, so finally, I ordered HP 920, Kensington Pro Fir Ergo Vertical, and seenda Ergonomic Mouse (purple). Here are my findings: Seenda: 1. Pretty much the same size as Logitech MX Vertical and very comfortable (depends on hand size) 2. The "Go Back" button under the thumb could be shaped or positioned differently because it may be accidentally clicked, but no big deal 3. Lightweight and doesn't slip out while raising hand 4. Sensor is aligned with the arm 5. For the price ($25) quality is very good Conclusion: Overall, pretty good mouse and I'm keeping it. Hopefully the manufacturing process is good enough and the mouse will last at least three years. HP 920 1. Terrible scrollbar 2. Compared to Logitech, Seenda, and Kensington, I found it uncomfortable to hold, but maybe is ok for larger hand 3. Easily slips out of hand if raised 4. Sensor slightly unaligned with the arm Conclusion: Don't buy - too expensive. If you plan to spend around $90, then go with Logitech MX Vertical, or take risk with Seenda (not well known company) Kensington Pro Fir Ergo Vertical 1. I like the shape a lot, even though it's a little smaller than seenda and Logitech MX Vertical. 2. Sensor is unaligned with the arm by 10-20° (haven't found any option in Kensington software to adjust it) Conclusion: Even though it's verry comfortable to hold, it's almost unusable because of the sensor alignment. Let me explain. If I hold the mouse in comfortable position, then the sensor is twisted ~15° what makes vertical movement very frustrating, especially when precision is required (look at the attached picture) Update 11/17/2025: After more than a year, the top button stopped clicking (play/pause still works; it just doesn’t physically click). The volume dial still works fine. It has been dropped a few times, so the issue could be my fault - that’s why I’m not changing the rating. I still recommend it.

Excelente producto, lo compre porque tenia dolor en la muñeca y este ha distimuido hasta un 80% desde que comencé a usarlo. Es súper silencio y se mueve muy fluido. Lo ocupo todos los días y la verdad me ha sorprendido bastante además de que su diseño y el color son muy lindos y hacen juego con mi teclado y audífonos, me encantó.

Marche parfaitement, plusieurs points très pratiques : - les boutons forward and reward, positionnés en haut et en bas du pouce, beaucoup plus logique que la majorité des souris, permet un mouvement naturel. (au lieu d'avancer et reculer le pouce, pas pratique, sur la majorité des souris). - le bouton son, qui permet de baisser ou augmenter le son rapidement, très bien en réunion quand certains parlent moins fort ou inversement, et qui permet aussi de stopper rapidement une vidéo et la remettre en lecture. - la connexion en usb et bluetooth, ce qui m'évite d'avoir à toujours transporter le récepteur usb Au niveau de la grandeur (L. 12 cm / l. 7 cm) et de l'ergonomie, convient parfaitement à ma main (17cm)
