Love my new headset ---- works Wonderful!

I started working a hybrid schedule and forgot my headset at home so I bought another one exactly like the one work gave me over 4 years ago so I have 1 at home and 1 in the office.It's a great headset! It handles traveling, weekly commutes to the office and being used all day. It is comfortable and you can easily switch ears. People have always been able to hear me clearly and I can always hear them.

These are comfortable enough for all-day wear and function perfectly with my work and personal computers. My work computer has security blocks that prohibit me from installing the software to update the headset, but I just do that on my personal computer. Unfortunately, it means I can’t take advantage of the features that come with the software. That doesn’t have any real impact for me. My only major complaint is an annoying beep whenever I mute/unmute the headset. I haven’t yet figured out if there’s a way to silence it. Not a show-stopper for me.

I work as a dispatcher for public safety, and this headset really came in handy during my work. I no longer need to write everything with one hand on the paper and transcribe it into our system. I can now easily type everything while talking to the caller. This headset also support Microsoft Teams, Yealink, computer, and mobile phones. Good quality, fast shipment, and affordable prices. Really recommend buying!

After using the Plantronics Blackwire 3210 for years, I tried another cheap headset that claimed to have noise cancellation. Not so much! I am back to the Plantronics because it just works and the noise cancellation is real (I've never heard a complaint from the far end).I prefer the single-ear monoaural version as it's comfortable and lightweight. Just a matter of personal preference.I'm not that fond of mute and volume-up/down being 23" from the earpiece. It hangs near my desktop and my chair's armpiece, and I occasionally hit it inadvertently. But this seems to be nearly universal, I've gotten used to it, and have routed my cable in a way that avoids hitting it (I put it next to my mousepad and a wrist rest, where I rarely hit it except on purpose).

I ordered this as a replacement to my old Plantronics Blackwire C710-M Wired Headset. This one was advertised as the newer replacement but it is nowhere near the quality. It did not come in a box or retail packaging, just in a plastic bag and they shipped it in a soft mailer so by the time it arrived, the headband part was misshapen and I had to try to reshape it to the actual contours of a human head. The ear piece itself is only foam, there is not soft comfortable covering. I had to take the leather cover from my old headset to put on this one to cover the foam. An earpiece that is going to be used frequently as I do for telecommuting can't just be flimsy foam. It is not comfortable or sustainable over a long period of time. The sound quality is good and the control panels are easy for me. and callers state my voice is clear to them. But my issue is with the packaging, flimsy ear foam piece, and lack of substantial packaging to protect it from getting warped. If I did not need it for work, I would have sent it back.

I like this product because it is compatible with my system and allows me to work remotely. No issues. I purchased one a year or two ago, and it is still working I purchased another one to have a stand-by headphone. They are the best headphones out there. The price is well worth it and not expensive at all.

Product arrived in a plastic bag. When finally connected to my laptop, the audio was awful; muted and crackly. I played with the audio setting as much as possible, but to no improvement. Meeting members also said that they could barely hear me, as I was "breaking up" although mic tests were looking good.I strongly suggest finding something else.
