Y9 Series RO Replacement Cartridge

The SimPure Y9 device I have, I use every day. EVERY DAY. I live alone so my filters tend to work longer than if I was say, a family of 3-4-5 using water from this machine. The other two filters lasted me approximately six months and I read that the RO lasted about 1/3 longer than the other two, so I went ahead and purchased it for the day I would need to replace it. This machine flashes on the water screen what filters need replacing and just the other day - almost 3 months after replacing the other two filters, the RO one began flashing. They are so easy to replace - I did have in my camper an inline filter between the water tank and the cold water faucet and did replace it once...getting down on hands and knees, unscrewing lines on either side...not that it was horrible, but compared to this machine where you slide up the side, twist the filter to "open" and slide off, then slide new on, twist to "close" and then put the side piece back on. SO much easier! Then press "reset" on the water screen so the RO is no longer flashing and you are done. I drink a LOT of water (I am older and it is important for me stay hydrated - important for most people, I suppose, but for older folks, it really is important) and this machine with these filters like the RO one, give me very fresh, clean and tastey water that I enjoy sipping on throughout the day.

We are very happy with our Slim Pure water filter. It is extremely easy to use and refill, and we especially appreciate that it does not require under-sink installation. An under-sink system wouldn’t work for us since we have granite countertops and didn’t want to drill additional holes, so this was the perfect solution. The water tastes clean and fresh, with no chlorine smell or unpleasant aftertaste at all. You can really notice the difference in quality. While it does take a few minutes to fill up a bottle, that feels completely reasonable knowing the water is going through three different filters plus UV purification. The extra wait time is worth the peace of mind and excellent water quality. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a high-quality filtration system at affordable price, and without the hassle of permanent installation.

I love my water filter but this replacement cartridge was out of stock for TWO MONTHS!!! I do not understand how the company expects me to continue to use their product if I can’t replace the filters🙄 Otherwise, I love this product and recommend it to everyone… but I recommend ordering replacements ahead of time as delivery times can vary greatly.

Purchased the set of three Simpure Y9 water filter replacements from Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon did not send the correct RO filter that was compatible with my water filter. I contacted Simpure customer care team, and they quickly resolved the issue with a few questions to ensure I was sent back the correct product. Simpure Customer care team cares about the quality of their product and their customers, they even called me to check and ensure the RO filter was correct.

Returned the entire system. Easy enough to put the filter in but leaked on first use.
