Works well but directions in Chinese.
Assembly was trial and error because the directions are in Chinese. I’m still not sure I’ve got it together properly because of this clicking sound when I roll out. I think it might be spring loaded, but I’m just not sure. 🤷🏾♀️Anyway, I purchased this because I cannot use a standard ab wheel because I had surgery on my wrist=no weight bearing exercises. I can get the same workout with this as with the ab wheel. It holds my weight and is very stable. I’m pleased except for the assembly and operation instructions.
