As a trainee massage therapist, I know the value of vibration for muscles loosening tight knots with no work on them. Within 5 minutes of the heat setting and vibration against the wall, the little head got right into that tight spot right between my neck and shoulder blades that no one really works on. That spot was rock hard.After a bit of vibration and self massage that spot is a little softer. Im going to tey it on the rest of my stiff hard calves.I'm hoping it will ease years of the lactic acid buildup up from neglect and not working out and stretching.It only came today so lets see how it goes.I might get some for massage clients.

So being in desperate need of a massage, I decided to use this straight away after it was delivered today, but sadly it will just not stick to any surface, rendering it useless 😔 I have tried to issue a return but it keeps saying that it is not eligible for return. Not a happy bunny.

Effective and allows you to accurately target the knotty area.

Died after a few months. When it was working it was lovely. Very relaxing and I’m tempted to buy again. It packs a punch and I’m thinking maybe I got a duff one. When it worked honestly it was amazing.

Didn’t realise it wasn’t returnable otherwise I would have returned. Just doesn’t really massage, have to push really hard for it to make any difference. Thought it was be much better than it is. Also no consistent vibration mode.

Im a sports therapist and definitely recommend this, has helped me get in to some tight muscles on my back. Worth the money.
