Great Book
Brilliant book..I've done the 12 week plan (Not all the exercises lol).I've lost almost 2 stone..Now I've done every diet out there I'm 59 yrs old it's the quickest I've ever lost weight..No going to club to be weighed & listening to everyone else's meals for the previous week.The book has a diet philosophy that you can incorporate in your normal routine.The first 2 weeks are a bit hard but after that as more foods are introduced it becomes much easier.I didn't actually do this to loose weight I did it to detox....but the results are brilliant..Feel great loose weight win win..

Good but the book has a lot of errors
I have been wanting to give up sugar in a long while this plan does it well with the detox and 12 week plan. I have been doing the eating plan for 4 weeks and have lost half a stone. I could be doing better with the exercise but fitting this in has proved tricky. The only thing I don't like about this book is that it could have done with a better proof read. There are a lot of inconsistencies in the text. For example in one recipe it makes no mention in the ingredients to have a red pepper but when you get to method one has been slipped in. Another recipe lists coconut flour then further down its now almond! Mixed nuts is referred to later as pecans. There are loads of errors like this. The eating plan part of the book is a bit hard to follow. I have had to put page markers to go back and fore through the book. Would have been better to create the layout around each week. The plan at the back helps a bit with this.

Great plan!
The book covers detox, meal plans, exercises and mindset work which is all part of the body rescue plan. If you want to get healthy and lose weight, this is the way to go. I feel great after 9 weeks and plan on continuing with a maintenance plan. Highly recommend.

Poorly written and a nightmare to navigate
Poorly written. Badly laid out. Numerous errors. Confusing. Contradictory guidance. Poor illustrative photos for exercises and recipes. Etc, etc.This is basically on old book - The Body Rescue Plan - with some minor tweaks and the recipe/diet plan substituted with vegan recipes which are not that inspiring, not helped by the poor photos. The recipe/diet section is worse than the original especially when trying to match suitable recipes to each week of the plan.

Yes, you can!
I have tried almost every diet known to (wo)man, none of which was sustainable to be honest. There really is little point to replacing all those sugar laiden foods with sweeteners and expecting miracles to happen. So - I took the plunge, joined Christianne's plan via Facebook and changed everything. Less then half way through the 12 weeks and I've already lost a stone! Even better, along with the weight loss there's some toning too, thanks to the exercise programme. Thoroughly chuffed!I bought the book because I prefer to have a book rather than an online version, but highly recommend it along with the original Body Rescue Plan book. There's recipe suggestion, yoga, exercises, but best of all is the education and doing your own detective work.

The Body Rescue Plan
Amazing. This is the first time I’ve come across anything like this. I did the VIP Body Rescue plan and we had a communal support Facebook group along with live posts from Christianne and constant support form her and Gina, which was invaluable.I lost half a stone in total but will continue on the maintenance plan. Others have lost a lot more than me.I am so impressed with the whole plan, it’s healthy eating, sensible food, without feeling deprived of anything, mindset, meditation, exercises, yoga. You name it, it’s covered. All the videos you need to cover all of this are shown and explained. It’s like having your own tutor beside you at home. Brilliant.

Brilliant
Preferred the detox book, but this one is good to help with stage 2. Three weeks 20lbs lost, no cravings and feeling great first lifestyle change that worked for me.

FANTASTIC!!
Tried every diet known to man and have found a plan of healthy eating that really is fantastic. I now have no sugar cravings which makes it so easy to lose weight, I feel so much more energised, no aches or pains and the recipes are fab, so tasty!!! I have since bought the body rescue plan maintenance book and the clean eating recipe book both brilliant books. Believe me, Christianne Wolff knows her stuff! I’ve never felt this good in years!! Anyone who wants to lose weight and feel healthy and energised this is the only eating plan you need!!
