Overall a good product. It seems to do what it’s designed to do. Water tastes fine and comes out clear. My only complaint is the square end that is exposed after it’s installed is just SLIGHTLY smaller than the factory filter and you can see around it (see photo for reference). I would still purchase again as these function the same as the ridiculously expensive name brand ones.

Turn water off
For all of the people who said these leek when installed. So does the Samsung brand. You need to shut the water off when replacing. We had the same issue with expensive name brand. I’m glad there’s a generic. I hate paying that high price. Also the person that ice maker isn’t working turns off and on in control panel.

Like new and has reminder when to change it out
Fit for my Samsung fridge. Water flow and taste were just like it was when it was new. I like that it comes with date stickers so I know when to change it next.
