Pressure washer is about the best I have ever used for an electric pressure washer. Not the same pressure as a gas one obviously but great to clean our patio and cars. My reel recently stopping rolling up straight going to contact customer support with information on how to fix.

I wanted to like this product soooo much! Very frustrating! Loved how it set up, the way it hung and ease of use, but!!!! The power was so poor, it wouldn’t clean a thing!! I started with the mid level, returned that and then went to the 3800psi version and all the same. It was never over 1000 psi. I found a you tube video where a power wash guy tested the Giraffe products and it was the same. He said it was the worst washer he had ever tested. He put an actual gauge on the end and couldn’t break 1000psi with the smallest single stream end. The only saving grace was that they took the returns with no fuss and a customer service person reached out and tried to play nice, so I appreciated that. Poorly made pump!!!

Originally, I left a 1-star review after our pressure washer failed within 30 minutes of first use — the unit started leaking internally, and the hose burst immediately. We were so disappointed after spending time mounting it, setting it up perfectly, and preparing to put it to good use. However, I’m now updating my review to 5 stars because the manufacturer completely turned the experience around. They responded quickly, handled the issue professionally, and sent us a replacement without hassle. The new unit works perfectly, and we’re very satisfied customers. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference!

So far it’s a good pressure washer. Used it once. The pressure is certainly not as high as advertised. Time will tell on its quality. It’s mounted under a covered patio out of direct sunlight & rain. Easy to mount & connect.

I enjoy using my grand falls. It is much more convenient that using the portable gas. Right now I bring a garden hose to it but I hope in the future to bring water to the washer for ultimate convenience.

It's a great product for a pressure washer, my only downfall that I am experiencing is the auto rewind of the hose likes to get caught up and you have to unwind the whole thing and guide it back in so it all doesn't bunch up (the wall mount vacuum does the same thing)

Great for cleaning the boats and vehicles! It doesn't leak, has just enough pressure to get the job done without harming the surface of what I am cleaning.

Nice machine but broke during the 3rd use if you want a response and a fast one i went on theire facebook page its the only place i got a response and it was fast in less then a month they helped me and replaced the damaged goods im really impress with them and amazon thank you for your help and thank you girrafe tools for honoring your product.

J’ai acheté ce produit de au mois de novembre, j’ai fait un appel de service à la compagnie sans aucun suivi, le boyau, je dois le rouler à la main, les ressorts ne fonctionne pas, et j’ai aucun service après-vente. Je suis très déçu de la qualité du Produit.

Excellent product. Great pressure, quiet operation, comes with good selection of nozzle tips and soap gun works excellent. Very convenient being wall mounted and plumbed in but easy to make portable if needed. 100’ hose is perfect for my application and reaches anywhere inside and outside my garage.

Great product . Easy and convenient but not as powerful as my other gas pressure washer.
