Echinacea Extract has remained my first choice in strengthening my immune system even since a herbalist recommended it to me. It does not taste great, but it ABSOLUTELY wards of a cold if you start taking it the moment you get the first symptom, and it surely wards it off -- at least it has always worked that way for me. If a cold caught me before I stocked up on my supply. it still helps in cutting down the duration of that cold. Vitamin C is the usual go to for most who wish to defend against or ward off a cold, but my body does not tolerate that vitamin, which is why I am so grateful to have this now. Love this and recommend for Winter Season To prevent sickness & strengthen immune system. I also use Oil of Oregano in this brand. Really love this Echinacea and use it daily or when going around large crowds or traveling. Just put dropper straight into my throat. Highly recommend!
