Good basic source of electrolytes to add to your drinking water
This is a pack of individual sachets of natural electrolytes to easily add to 500ml of drinking water. Ideal for replacing what you lose in perspiration in hot weather or during/after exercise. You don't just lose water !Helps to prevent cramps in your muscles due to loss of electrolytes.The product isn't flavoured nor sweetened. Great electrolytes
The little satchel is very easy to carry when you are out clocking up the miles and it dissolves perfectly into a soft flask without blowing the bottle up with pressure. It keeps me proper hydrated without any nasty, overly sweet aftertaste and the flavour is subtle and really refreshing when you are sweating buckets. It's very effective and good value. Highly recommend for any distance runner!

Good for POTS
I read about this on a POTS forum. My daughter has POTS and this helps her and she seems to tolerate it well and it doesn't upset her stomach. Each package is only 500mg sodium so it takes 2 to get the 1,000mg. I would start with 1. This electrolyte mix has the other stuff you need like potassium so it isn't just salt. It is on the pricier side if you take a lot of it.

This is the only hydration that works for me
I have a really hard time staying hydrated on long runs (I've run several marathons). This is the only stuff I can absorb quickly while running that keeps the cramps away. I appreciate that Amazon has these in large packages to help manage the cost.I have used this for over a decade now, and simply have no desire/need to use anything else.
