Proline Posture Support Shoulder Brace Size = X.Large

I have tried other posture/shoulder braces and was looking for one that did not have a waist strap. This one is OK and does keep the shoulders back, but though very well made the under arm padding is a bit excessive, not uncomfortable but bulky and certainly shows when under a garment. I use it but only indoors, outdoor I much prefer my Vulkan support (despite it having a waist strap), again first class Amazon service.

Practising guitar at home sitting down I was getting upper back pain through bad posture but after wearing this support my posture has improved whilst playing and the upper back pain has gone. Ideal for wearing over a t shirt.
