Exactly what I needed for my stained glass work. Working with wire to give my pieces a bit more detail has been my goal for a while, but I wanted to watch enough videos first before I attempted it for the first time! This will work perfectly for small details, like the bottom side of mushrooms, or to make rings I can solder onto my piece for hanging. After consulting with several glass artists, they all suggested using pre-tinned wire. Shipping was quick, and my wire arrived in perfect condition! The uses are endless really, you're definitely not limited to just one way of using it! Absolutely worth the money, and I would gladly buy more!

I use this tinned wire for stained glass accents. It was the gauge I was looking for and there’s TONS of it. I’ve had this roll for a very long time and use a lot and have plenty left. I gave it 4 stars only because sometimes it has trouble with solder. I use 60/40 solder and at times it just won’t adhere. Completely possible it’s a use error on my part. Just feels like I have to really glob it on there for it to hold.

This wire is the perfect thickness for making "jump rings" (hanging loops) for stained glass suncatchers. Wrap the wire around a #8 knitting needle or other core to form a spring-like coil, clip the coil down the center with a pair of wire cutters, and you end up with perfectly-sized jump rings.
