this is a good and sturdy box. it was easy to set up. it is not water or weather proof. if you want one sealed up this is not the one. however for a protector and ease of access you can not beat this deal. i suggest you lay concrete around the top outside edge. this is sturdy enough to handle that. it will be very secure and easy to access.

It met my needs nicely. I doubt it’s H-20 rated, but keep it out of a driveway and you’ll be fine.
