After it stopped working, I ordered the same item again from the same company and listing. However, the cable I received this time is different from the original one. It does not support Dart/VOOC fast charging and charges only at normal speed. I even requested a replacement, but the replacement cable was also the same and had the same issue. Very disappointed, as the product currently being shipped is not the same quality as the one sold earlier.

This is my third time purchasing this Sounce Realme charging cable. The cable works great at first and supports SuperVOOC charging without any issues. However, after 2–3 months, the connector becomes loose internally, and SuperVOOC charging stops working. The biggest problem is the warranty claim process. It takes a very long time, and the company does not provide proper updates. Amazon customer support keeps saying the claim is "under process," but even after 20 days, there has been no resolution. The product is good when it works, but the durability and after-sales service need significant improvement.

Not worth it, first of all it's not a samsung data cable if your ordering it by brand name, and also its a chinese brand so you know how long they run out, that's why it's save to ignore it and go for other options. Thank you
