Mozaic Futon Mattress, Full, Khaki

All I can say is that those at the warehouse fulfilling orders are confused - I ordered a 12" Hunter Green futon mattress and they sent to me a 8" Bright ugly blue futon mattress - NOT EVEN CLOSE!! There is another customer who wrote a review that got a even different one in beige. This is just slack at this point and horrible service. I am returning this so I will post up how easy the return was - I have requested a replacement - I will get the correct item if it takes me 5 years and I call the customer service daily...it has now become a vendetta...6/28 One star until they get it rightReturning items seems really simple!! (though of course they should have gotten it right the first time - since I have exactly one chair and one futon frame it sucks to have no where to sit in the house) OK - so I signed up for UPS pickup and they came and picked up the mistake futon and took it away. It seems, via tracking, to have arrived at its destination futon is in transit. So - let us all see if they can get the size and color right this time. Plus the new futon is listed with price 0$ on my orders page so so far so good. I will post up an update when the new one arrives. 7/3 If I get the right futon then I will change my star rating based on item only.They got it right the second time and the return was very easy - so OK! Don't order a 12" futon mattress unless it is for a bed - it will never sit properly on a frame! It is too thick, but it is super comfortable (one you put a foam pad under a lining) for a guest bed.

We were under the gun when we placed this order (soon-to-arrive-company is always a great motivator).The color was perfect, and true to the picture. Delivery was flawless, no less than I ever get with Prime. My elderly Dad came and slept comfortably on it for 10 nights, complimenting us on our choice. Our son in law camped on it for a night, spoke of it's comfort. Our 24 year old son has now camped on it for 5 of 10 nights, and states that it's quite comfy. Buy it if soft and thick are what you want. I Read all the reviews about the "paint" odor, and 6 weeks later there is still a faint smell as if we recently painted the room. Frankly that is the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars, but I would buy this great deal all over again. Note: at this price, I'm not convinced that it would hold up to every day used on a year round basis, but perfect for a guest room.

My wife and I moved and we were temporarily sleeping on a sofa bed which was taking its toll on us both physically and emotionally. I decided to purchase a futon mattress until we could afford to purchase a box spring and mattress. I couldn't have made a better decision with this mattress. Packaged very well. The minute we removed the packaging and the mattress unfolded into our lives I knew we made a good choice. The comfort of this mattress is amazing. My wife tried it upon opening it and after finding the right place for it she fell asleep on it for a couple hours. I've slept great and have been more relaxed in the morning since purchase. It feels so amazing and comfortable to lay down on this mattress at the end is the day. My wife is so happy she no longer wants to purchase a bed. She doesn't want to change the way she currently sleeps. I love this mattress. I'm so glad we bought it. I highly recommend this purchase to everyone.

Pretty comfortable for sitting, only laid on it once to check it out for a few minutes but seemed ok if I had to use it for a night or two, I think it would work fine, certainly better than a pull out couch!It is in our son's toy room as a couch but will be used as spare bedroom for guests. We were able to put 4 under bed storage containers under it fitting perfectly so it helps keep the toys tucked away but easy to get to for my 5 year old.I'm glad I went with the 12 inch though as it is certainty Not 12 inches! Some areas are a little higher than others but all in all it might be 8 or 10 inches. Though I'm not thrilled about the marketing on it I am a realist and didn't actually expect it to expand to a full 12 inches which is why I did go that big. I think if I'd ordered a10 inch it would not have been as good as it is.Bad thing, the smell, again I expected it, but my nose is sensitive and I can still smell it (family does not though) and it's been out a few weeks now. It also had something on it, stained maybe, I didn't try to clean it yet since it's on the underside of what were using. It also has loose seems but I'll likely be able to secure that.All in all a good mattress for the price as far as I can tell for now, just hope it holds up for a few years.

I have this mattress in a twin size and a full size and have had the twins for 3 years. They are still in great shape despite being napped on by many a guest in my rental property. In fact, the guests often say the back porch with the daybed (and this mattress, in twin) is their favorite part of the house. I have one in twin for my own porch daybed as well. After reading the reviews for the full size, I took a chance and bought two as regular mattresses for my new rental property. Now I have four altogether and am very happy with them

I am conflicted on how to rate this. It's comfortable to lay on and looks good. The only issue is it doesn't fold into couch form very well. looking back I should have expected that a 12" firm mattress isn't going to fold well.I finally decided on 4 stars as the folding issue isn't the manufacturers fault. It does make me question selling this as a futon mattress. If I can't get it to fold into a couch decently, I'll probably by the 8 inch mattress.Anyone have any tricks or tips on how to make these fold better?
