Yes, this fits a BOB Revolution and, no, you don't have to remove current handlebar. We love having this on our BOB!

Does this fit a single BOB revolution stroller handlebar?

Yes, it fits most brands on the market. It is universal, so not meant for StrollAir strollers only. Measure your handle bar (the length of the foam) and see which piece (we have 9, 12 and 24 inch long) would fit best. There is a lot of reviews from customers with Bob stroller. :)

I have the bob revolution double stroller. is this available any larger or does this work?

I have the older Bob duallie. What I did was use two of these on the handle. I also have the Bob handlebar console so I pushed the StrollAir handle covers so that each curved around and the Bob console straps were strapped on top of it. This did mean there is a space between the two covers right in the middle (think directly in front of your stomach when pushing the stroller) but that doesn't bother me because I never put my hand there. I will say it was HARD to get zipped on. I really questioned if it fit. However I did eventually get it on and I have had no problems with it. I think I've had it on for maybe 2 years now. It works really well.
