I am beyond impressed with this AC. Works flawlessly. Very quiet and it doesn’t take long to cool a room. The swinging vent feature is a nice touch too. For a 10,000 BTU air conditioner it really isn’t even heavy. Weighs less than my previous 5,000 BTU. Very easy to install and use. The remote control and phone app are great, as well. Will be buying more in the future for sure!

bought this air conditioner to survive the brutal NYC summer heat, but it has been an absolute nightmare. At first, the installation was easy, and it worked great for the first 24 hours, cooling the room down perfectly. However, by the second day, it completely stopped blowing cold air. To make matters worse, it is currently 6:30 AM, and my family and I just woke up completely suffocated and drenched in sweat because this unit did absolutely nothing overnight. As you can see in the photo I’ve attached (image.png), the unit powers on, but the compressor refuses to kick in and the digital display is malfunctioning. Right now, we are trapped in a suffocatingly hot apartment, dealing with extreme discomfort because of this defective machine. It is completely unacceptable for a brand-new product to die in less than a day. I demand that the seller or Amazon customer service contact me immediately to send a replacement unit that actually works, or give me a full refund. Do not buy this unless you want to waste your money and sweat inside your own home!

Cools down warm rooms quickly and keeps the temperature steady. Operates quietly on low settings, though it hums louder on high fan speeds like most units this size. Fits standard double-hung windows with the included installation kit. Weighs over 60 pounds, so installation requires two people for safety.

This unit is much more quieter than my last one. It’s cooling a 240 square foot room with insufficient weather proofing yet it cools it down very well!! I live in the desert where temperatures often reach well over 100 degrees, and it’s proven itself over and over. My last unit that was rated the same as this one, you couldn’t run a microwave or even a hair dryer without it tripping a breaker, with this unit there is no problem. As for the electric bill, it seems most efficiently lower, however I haven’t yet seen a new bill since the heat has risen in August. Fingers crossed!! The only reason I didn’t give it a complete 5 star rating is because of its user ease. The controls are a bit confusing. The fan has to the best of my knowledge, four settings and they all seem the same. There is very little difference to them. Also, it shuts off when it reaches the desired temperature, but after maybe a half hour it starts to kick on and off every 15 min or so, at around 30 seconds each time before shutting off again. This can be very frustrating if watching the television or trying to sleep. It is small but very efficient. I don’t write to many reviews unless the product is extremely good or extremely bad. This unit is really nice, and except for a few problems i listed, I would still recommend it to anyone.

Easy install, cranks out some cold freaking air!! No complaints, here! Happy customer! And the remote is great, too!

The unit is just as described. Cools well in our large space. I love the wifi capabilities and it syncs with our alexa for easy verbal commands turn off/on. Has great timer features and remote. Easy to install and connect

I was a little bit leery about buying an offbrand unit. But this one seems to be exceeding on my expectations. It’s only been fully installed for two nights now, in my bedroom, which is about 20 x 20‘ square it was very hot in there having no air for over two weeks. I turned this unit on at about 9:30 PM and by midnight my usual bedtime my bedroom was like a refrigerator. It was actually cold when I walked in the room. Since then, I have left the unit set for 80° on Eco mode which also puts the fan on Auto and the entire bedroom has stayed at a very comfortable cool temperature. The other thing is that it’s so quiet I never hear this thing running. It is really whisper quiet I don’t think I’ve ever had a window unit that was this quiet. As you can see in the picture, it doesn’t go in a window, but through a hole in the wall because my small house is made of concrete block when I finish painting around it, it will look much better
