The Jackson Kayak Happy Feet Foot bag: Large and X-Large is going to change the way you think about comfort and adjust-ability in a kayak.Tuck your feet into the bean bag and get them super comfy, then close the valve and you have your footprint proudly placed in the Happy Feet Footbag. Then pump the bulb which inflates the adjustment bladder and you will tighten up bag until you have the right amount of pressure to give you the control you like. Get to the bottom of the rapid or pull into an eddy and hit the release valve, now you have extra room again and can lift your knees out easily to relax.

It's great but it's not too great.
Much better than foam. But doesn't form around your feet - at least not consistently.Really all this "happy feet" is - is a big ball of foam that is slightly better than a piece of foam that you would put in the bottom of your boat. It in no way shapes around your feet and stays like that how Eric Jackson says.It is cool though because it doesn't move around much once it's in there. I've used it in my Dagger GT 8.1, and Jitsu 6.0 to give you an idea of size and I have the Large.

Comfortable foot support for smaller boats such as playboats
My happy feet does shape to my feet. Carefully put it in the bow of the boat so the air bladder (part without foam bits inside) is all the way forward and not tangled up. You blow some air in through the tube (not the bulb pump, the other tube) and all the little styrofoam bits inside the bladder become moveable. Then you put your feet in the boat and push them around until it feels right. Then suck the air out through the same tube and it stays the same shape. After that, you can use the bulb to move the whole thing back to tighten your fit. You can repeat the fitting any time you can open your spray skirt.Mine had too much volume for my boat (perhaps I got the wrong size, it was a long time ago) so I cut it open and took out some of the foam bits, then glued it back up with aquaseal
