This little timer relay works great. Took me a minute to figure out the wiring (okay, a few minutes), but once hooked up it did exactly what it’s supposed to do. I used it for a horn trigger project off a trailer plug and set it to P-3 mode with a 3-second on/off cycle. Now when the brake is held, the horn randomly chirps — and the first time we tested it, people were looking around like, “Where is that car??” There were no cars. Just confusion and a lot of laughing. I mounted it by drilling two small holes in the case and adding a heavy-duty magnet to the horn bracket, so the whole setup is one piece and easy to tuck out of sight. Cheap, reliable, and perfect for fun little DIY builds.

Fantastic, precise and reliable. I used it to do a spot-weld machine and worked perfectly.

4 stars for the horrible instructions after ½ hour I got it to work for car applications you have to jump a wire from the 12v battery positive to the middle terminal of the other side. For the led unit you have to connect the negative t the neg power supply and the positive to the lower connector the 2 wires on the right act like a switch to power on and off enter mode 4 for disconnect timer

I wanted a simple on-delay relay. This is a replacement for the first one, which didn't work at all. This one at least activated the LED, and I was able to step through the four program options. It worked a few times, then the relay itself would not turn on at all, even though the countdowns ran. Another problem: It appears that power has to be on before a signal can be accepted, and there seems to be some lag time in booting up. So, in order to have a on-delay, I would have to either keep it powered up or have an on-delay on the on-delay. Also: there are sub-programs (A, B, and C), and I was not able to determine/change that option. The instructions were beyond poor, and DROK has no representation in the US, so no good option for customer support. I would have given this a zero if that option was available.

I bought one of these timers for a Raspberry Pi project in my truck. It worked great on my test bench, running from a current limited PSU, however when I them connected it in my truck it blew the 20A fuse from where it was drawing power. I rechecked my wiring several times and tested it successfully again with the current limited power supply, however, back in my truck it was immediately blowing the 20A fuse again. Perhaps I received a faulty unit, but something is causing a giant drain of current when it is first connected up which normalizes very quickly but not quickly enough to save a 20A fuse from blowing.

I wired it up and it works great. In my RV I plumbed a hot water recirc back to my fresh tank and installed a 12 volt washing machine solenoid valve in the line. I put a button in place of the soap dispenser and when I push it the water is recirced for about 25 seconds. It works great, now I have hot water without wasting. Works really good when dry camping. The timer is easy to adjust up and down.

Works great, took a while to find something to turn on my heated seats that have switches you can't leave "on" when the car is off. Now I am able to turn on both seats and heated steering wheel in the cold Canadian winter, the unit survived that cold winter too, and now I use it in the summer for the cooled seats

J'utilise la fonction F2 pour temporiser la coupure de mon faisceau infrarouge durant 3 secondes. Le but est d'eviter qu'un débrit, pousser par le vent, ne déclenche inutilement l'alarme. Le faisceau doit être coupé, de façon continue durant 3 secondes, pour enclencher le relai qui active l'alarme. Dans le cas contraire, la minuterie se replace à 3 secondes. La durée est ajustable. Très bien contruit et très fiable.
