I advice to be careful as dosage of 1000mg is very high. At first I had no problems at all but then because I didn't drink enough liquid I got constipated so bad that my intestine is still bruised days after. I recommend lower dosage and in organic liquid form. Better absorbable and healthier. Now I'm just hoping that I'll heal quickly after such a horrible ordeal.

some calcium tablets can be large to swallow or taste chalky.these have a pleasant slightly lemony /sweet taste as well as a decent dose of calcium / vitamin D.
